Done-with-you
Your AI project. Shipped, A to Z.
We build it together: I bring the workflow of a one-person AI company, you bring the idea. Four weeks later, it's live — not a prototype in a folder.
€1,700
flat — one project, start to launch
Apply for a callThis is for you if
- You have an AI project idea that's been stuck at the "someday" stage for months
- You'd rather ship one real thing than collect three more courses
- You can commit a few hours a week for four weeks
- You want to learn the workflow, not just receive a zip file
Not for you if
- You want someone to build it while you watch — this is done-with-you, not done-for-you
- The project needs a team and six months — we ship something real, scoped to a sprint
- You're still looking for an idea — come to the 1:1 coaching first
What you get
- A scoping session that cuts your idea down to a shippable v1
- Weekly 1:1 working sessions — we build during the call, not after it
- My exact agentic setup installed on your machine: Claude Code, skills, memory, verification habits
- Async review between sessions — send me the diff, get it back annotated
- Deployment to production: domain, hosting, analytics wired
- A launch checklist and your first distribution push
How it works
01
Apply
Fill the form below. Tell me what you want to build — three sentences are enough.
02
30-minute call
Free. We check the project is shippable in a sprint and that we actually want to work together. No payment before this call.
03
The sprint
Four weeks, one working session per week, async review in between. We scope, build, and deploy — in that order, no detours.
04
Launch
Your project is live, on your domain, under your name. You keep the workflow and everything we set up.
The call comes before the payment
I don't take a euro before we've talked. After the call, if it's a fit on both sides, you get a private payment link — secure checkout by Stripe. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you, and I'll usually tell you what to do instead.
Questions
What kind of projects fit a sprint?
Anything one motivated person can ship with today's AI tooling: a SaaS MVP, an internal automation, an AI-powered content pipeline, a niche tool people pay for. On the call we cut the scope until it fits.
Do I need to know how to code?
You need to be comfortable in a terminal and willing to read code. You don't need to be a senior engineer — the agentic workflow does the heavy lifting, and learning to drive it is the point.
What if four weeks isn't enough?
The scoping session exists precisely so it is. If we misjudge the scope, we finish the sprint anyway — I don't leave a project at 90%.
What tools will we use?
The same stack I run my own company on: Claude Code and agentic workflows for the build, whatever hosting fits your project for the deploy. All accounts are yours from day one.
Why €1,700?
It's serious enough that you'll show up, and a fraction of what an agency would charge to build a worse version without you learning anything.
